Financial Thoughts And Comments

Hi everyone and anyone that may be reading this.

I'm a normal chap from England who works and has worked in financial services for all of my career. This blog of mine is going to be about some of the financial and economic things I see around me. Don't worry, I have no plans to sell things, I just feel that the news services of the world seem to misrepresent what is going on.

Of course, that is mainly in the economic sphere of things ad it may be because the journalists aren't too expert in economic matters. Or maybe there is some grand conspiracy...

Ok ok. I'm kidding about the grand conspiracy - I'm not too sure that there is one. However, I am pretty sure that the world does not take financial matters seriously enough. And when I say "the world", I mean politicians, journalists, business owners and the public to name a few.

There are, of course, financial issues that don't necessarily impact everyone but do touch the lives of many individuals and I hope I'll be able to write a bit about those things too from time to time.
